Meet our conference team

Andrew Gasparovic is CEO of Flight Science, with over 20 years experience building complex, data-intensive technology at Sabre, ITA, and Google. He founded Flight Science after recognizing the urgent need for better dispatcher tools, bringing together a team that includes industry veterans, aerospace Ph.D.s, and outstanding engineers. Andrew works closely with major airlines to understand the real challenges dispatchers face daily and identify opportunities to support them with innovative technology. As an instrument-rated pilot himself, Andrew's favorite airport is KSAN, with its incredible view of the city and coast on approach!

Wes is Head of Sales at Flight Science and has 14 years of experience working for airlines and aviation technology companies. Before joining Flight Science, Wes spent several years in aviation sales at DTN and Lufthansa Systems, where he worked directly with airline operations and planning teams. He started his career at Qatar Airways, building and optimizing route networks during a period of rapid international expansion. Wes understands the operational challenges Flight Science is solving because he's seen them firsthand - both from inside the airline and as a provider trying to deliver real value to airlines. His favorite airport is KLGA - a redemption story that took one of the country's worst airports and turned it into one of the best.
