Dispatchers deserve
a better view!

Caitlin Lyons is a current line dispatcher at Alaska Airlines and Head of Customer Success at Flight Science. She has been an ATC Coordinator, desk trainer, and classroom instructor, and received commendation from the FAA on the training program integrating Alaska and Virgin Airlines. In her spare time, Caitlin is a master baker, competing for the British Bake-off, and holds a placement in speed-puzzling in Washington state. She lives in Seattle with her family. 

Wes is Head of Sales at Flight Science and has 14 years of experience working directly with airline operations and planning teams at DTN and Lufthansa Systems. He started his career at Qatar Airways, building and optimizing route networks during a period of rapid international expansion. Wes lives in Brooklyn with his family where he can be found playing with his softball league on the weekends.
